Laura Linney

Laura Linney was born in New York, New York on the 5th of February, 1964. She is an American actor who is well-known for her ability to portray powerful characters that are vulnerable. Linney was raised in an theatre-loving family, with her father, Romulus Linney being a playwright. In 1986, she received her degree at Brown University. She then went on to study Theatre Arts at the Arts Theatre School Moscow before graduating from Juilliard School with a M.F.A. New York City 1990. She performed on Broadway her first performance in the year 1990.
